Animal bone crusher maintenance

- Grease should be added to the bearing oil nozzle every 20 days to ensure lubrication between rolling bearings.
- To ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge of the cutting tool, check the moving blade regularly according to the usage situation to ensure that the sharp or blunt edge of the moving blade causes unnecessary damage to other components
- Before the second startup, the remaining debris from the secondary crushing in the machine room should be cleared to reduce the startup resistance and motor load. Regular disassembly of the habitual wheel cover and pulley cover should be carried out, and the ash outlet under the flange should be removed. Due to the discharge of residual powder from the machine room entering the rotating bearing.
- When replacing the blades, maintain the gap between the cutting edges of the blades: based on 0.5-0.8mm
- Regularly check if the belt is loose. If the belt is loose, loosen the motor fixing bolts and use special tools to move the motor outward until the belt is tightened
