I. what are the products of spice manufacturing?

  1. Whole spices:  Generally, untreated spices are whole spices, which have the advantage of utilizing their taste and visual characteristics to make food unique, while the disadvantage is the slow release of aroma components.
  2. Ground spices / Spice powder:  Whole spices go through drying processes such as sun-drying and dehydrating, and then crushed into granule or powder, that is ground spices. Fast aroma release, pure taste, and easy to use.
  3. Spice blends / seasoning mix:  the ground spices are often blended together to create unique blends with specific flavor profiles, such as curry powder, five spices powder, jerky seasoning. The emergence of spice blends has spared us the trouble of not knowing how to mix them when using spices. With just one jar replace various spices, it has become increasingly popular among modern life.
  4. Sauce:  Fresh or dried spices ground into paste shape, then mixed. Popular sauce such as hot sauce, tomato sauce, taco sauce, bbq sauce etc.
  5. Essential oils:  Essential oils are extracted from leaves, flowers, seeds, fruits, roots, bark, resin, wood cores and other parts of plants using steam distillation, cold pressing, liposuction, and solvent extraction methods. They have high concentrations of aromatic and volatile substances.

Pre-cleaning– spice drying /roasting — coarse crushing — spice grinding — powder sifting– spice blending — spice filling

1 . How to dry spices? Use industrial dehydrator machine:

This industrial dehydrator machine can reduce the mositure content and dry spices in short time (4-10 hours).  Capacity: 60kg/batch to 500kg/batch optional.  

2. Food crusher:

Crushing large size spices / herbs roots into small particles, final size 1-20mm adjustable. Capacity:  30-800kg/h optional.

3. Spice grinder machine / wet and dry grinder

Dry spice grinder:

Grinding dry spices into fine powder: 10-350 mesh according to your needs.

Capacity: 30kg/h to 1t/h optional

Wet grinder:

Grinding fresh / dry spices into paste,capacity: 50kg/h to 500kg/h optional

4. Powder sifter:

Classifying the products, materials that do not reach fineness can be recycled and further ground. Suitable for both liquid and powder. Mesh screen: 400-1500mm optional 

5. Spice mixer machine / spice blending machine:

Mixing / blending spices according to the formula. There are different types mixer machines: V type mixer for small capacity, ribbon blender for large scale. Volume: 5L/batch to 5000L/batch
